Russell and I were discussing plans for next year’s (2017) Open
Games Day when Jon brought up the thought of expanding the games
being offered for attendees to try. While Warlord Games will still
be the primary source of games demonstrated, there are other
companies that make table top games that some of our Warlord fans
like to play. Such games as Battletech, Team Yankee, Flames of War
and Mars Attacks, just to name a few. With that in mind our Open
Games Day event will allow demonstrations of those games but space
is limited. Once the GM registration page is set up, if you are
wanting to run a table top game (no card games please) please follow
the instructions on that page to let us know all the particulars of
what it is you are wanting to run.
CIRCUS MAXIMUS
COMING TO WarlordGamesCon!!

2016 – Round Rock, TX – While attending MillenniumCon 19 Jon and I
had the opportunity to take a look at Mike Gomez’s amazing Circus Maximus board which is a recreation
of the old Avalon Hill game Circus Maximus, but on a larger scale.
The old Avalon Hill game is set at the same time frame as Warlord
Games Hail Caesar. We both thought it would be great if we could get
Mike to bring his game to OKC and run it for our Open Games Day.
After talking with Mike we are now happy to say that Mike will be
bringing his game next year for all of you to try!! Thank you Mike
and we are looking forward to seeing you next year!!
